Privacy Policy.

How we handle your personal data, and your rights.

1. Who we are

Paula García Muñoz, operating PAGI WEAR as an Einzelunternehmen (sole proprietorship), is the controller for personal data collected through this website. Privacy contact: hola@pagiwear.com.

2. What data we collect

Orders: name, email, delivery and billing address, items and totals. Payments are processed by payment providers; we do not store full card details. Contact enquiries: name, email and message. Newsletter: email, optional name, language, signup source and country. PAGI Lab and Find Your PAGI: submitted answers, email and free text. Accounts: email and authentication data.

With analytics consent, we collect usage information such as pages viewed, device/browser information, language, referrer, country and random visitor/session identifiers.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Orders, payments, delivery and returns: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and applicable legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)). Customer service: contract performance or legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b), (f)). Fraud prevention, security and necessary site operation: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Analytics and marketing emails: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Newsletter subscription is optional and separate from placing an order. Accounting and legally required records: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)). We do not currently run advertising or behavioural tracking pixels on this website.

4. Recipients and service providers

Shopify provides the product catalogue, cart, checkout and order processing. Cloudflare provides website delivery. Managed database and authentication services store newsletter, PAGI Lab, quiz, account and analytics data. Our email delivery service sends transactional and newsletter messages. An AI gateway configured with a Google Gemini model is used for internal analysis.

We do not sell your personal data. The complete legal entities, processing locations, contractual arrangements and downstream recipients for managed email, data and AI services still require verification. Contact hola@pagiwear.com for questions about these services.

5. International transfers

Some services may process data outside the EEA. The applicable destinations, transfer mechanisms and safeguards must be verified for each service; we do not represent unverified safeguards as already in place. You may request information at hola@pagiwear.com.

6. Retention

Order and invoice records are retained for the periods required by applicable tax and commercial law. Our retention policy provides for contact enquiries up to 24 months after resolution, newsletter data until unsubscribe plus evidence of consent withdrawal, PAGI Lab/quiz responses until a deletion request, and analytics records up to 24 months. Implementation of these deletion schedules still requires verification.

Browser storage duration is described in the Cookie Policy. Consent choices remain stored until cleared or until the consent version changes; the current implementation does not automatically renew consent after 12 months.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, portability of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing before withdrawal: use Manage cookies for website consent, or the newsletter unsubscribe link for email marketing.

Contact hola@pagiwear.com to exercise your rights. You may complain to the competent data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the member state where you live, work or where an alleged infringement occurred.

8. Cookies

See our Cookie Policy for cookies and equivalent storage and to change your consent. Analytics is not activated by our website client before analytics consent.

9. Children

This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

10. Changes

This policy applies to https://pagiwear.com. Last updated: 21 October 2026. We may update it to reflect changes; the current version is available on this page.
